I'd recommend Vertu Nissan Northampton to a friend because I felt valued as a customer. The sales executive I dealt with was William Gilbert. He was very professional, patient, & friendly. Not at all pushy. Explained what cars were in stock, what payment options were available(& extras). I felt that nothing was too much trouble. All the staff at Vertu Northampton were very pleasant & professional (including Ross from parts who helped with the purchase of a spare tyre). Extremely impressed with the great customer service.
